Who can participate?
TravelBar Baltics - is an open event.
Any person who follows values of barcamps and take into account rules.
There are several possibilities to became a participant. On preparation stage one who wants to join TravelBar should register (to fill form on page Participants). New participant should be able to get to Latvia during the TravelBar.
Help with getting visas was rendered by Barcamp Baltics'09 organizers. Now applications for invitation to Latvia are not accepted.
Second possibility to became a participant is just joining to the others directly in Latvia, Lithuania or Estonia.
Any participant should make the local coordinator know about him or her and fill the registration form on page Participants.
