Getting to Vilnus
It's possible to visit Vilnus either before Barcamp Baltics'09 , which will hold in Riga , or after it.
In first case, it's convenient to get to Vilnus by train or by auto from Belarus.
In second case, participants will get to Vilnus from Riga by comfortable Eurolines bus.
There are 5 bus trips a day from Riga to Vilnus from Eurolines company, including one night trip and two trips on Lux Express buses, equipped with power sockets, Internet and coffee machine.
There also several trips from Ecolines company at value of 17 euro for one-way ticket or 31 euro for return ticket (it's cheaper the Euroline fares). Buses departure at different time depending on day of week.

There is a good place with a good host in the Old Town. It is Bernardinu oB&B House at Bernardinu str., 5 (Tel.: +370 5 260 84 10 and +370 5 261 51 34). Also there is so called Northern town. Good place with a big store near it. But only double beds are available in rooms. Call to Raminta (+370 6 566 68 83) or to director Gintaras (+370 6 566 68 88).
Some more economy hotels are Asimare and Jeruzale. Rates starts at 84-100 Lt (about 30 euro).
Candidate for a master's degree from EHU put up at those hotel last year. They are considered as checked :)
